Rule to stop Termination on LOA

Hi, Expert,

I'm following up with the previous thread of a question asked by Jonas Costa on "Termination Before Return of a Leave". Priyanka suggested to use an On Save rule to stop termination while still on LOA.

While my rule works when the termination date is during or after the LOA starting date, it seems can't pick up the LOA status if the termination date is the last day of working, which should be the start date of LOA.

Here is the example of my rule using Basic scenario:

Did you run a rule trace on it? That should tell you pretty quickly why it's not triggering (or may help you see if the rule is considered at all).

Edit: The termination date is before the start of LOA. and unfortunately, my rule can't pick it up.
