Hi,
is it possible to create any rule to delete some group of users from Employee Profile when user is not active, after 6 months system should delete all history about this user in EP, LMS and IAS.

Thanks for your question.
Yes, you can schedule a DRTM process to purge the data of inactive employees, respecting the criteria you wish. You have to define it under the Manage Data > DRTM XXX (select the one you need as per your requirements). below is just an example of a Performance Review:
After this you can schedule the purge by creating a new one, like the example below:

Hi @karenperez,
I was checking that tool and in case of DRTM Employee Profile there are only options: Background, Feedback, Introduction, Photo.
I'm not sure if any of them will delete all history of the user from Employee Profile? And still I don't see the option to create any group of users which should be deleted e.g. only external employees. I would like to avoid creating files with users. We would like to automate this process.
