Hello,
We have a business rule that prevents users from selecting some values in the email information portlet depending on data from Job Information.
This rule has started working wrong recently, popping the error message up every time you try to save the portlet, even if the conditions to the rule are not matched.
When reviewing the rule log we have noticed that the wrapper that compares the picklist option ID for the field email type is failing, setting the condition always to true, even if the picklist value selected in the field is different from the one in the rule.
We tried to build again the rule, and change the data from the picklist but nothing came back to work.
Does anyone know what could we do or why is this happening?
