Rounding Net Payment to 3 decimal in International Payroll

Hello Experts

In my client payroll "international payroll" they asked me to round the net payment to nearest value, so I've wrote a PCR as shown and used operation ROUND

and its amount the net payment and working

but this rule round only two numbers after decimal i need two round 3 numbers

for example i need to round 481.329 to 481 only but this operation rounded to 481.400

is there any operation can i use or any way to round

i checked it already all available sections didn't round the 3 decimal

Check ROUND operation only if it is not there i hope there is no operation other than ROUND.
