Role restriction by hierarchy and by country

Hi,

We need to make a role for users to see positions of their country, but not from their top position upwards.

In the following image is an example of what we need, the purple A (Representing Argentina) should see the green A's but not the red A's and white C's

The problem is that if I restrict hierarchy, I can only see downwards (i.e., I can tell it from its position to positions that are below, not "it cannot see from it upwards").

We wanted to know if it is possible to make this restriction and if you can give us some tips to follow?

Apart from playing around with criteria, based on the above it would appear you're already doing the kind of things that would be possible unfortunately.
