Rewards and recognitions: Redeem Points manually

Hi all,

Hope You all are well. We are building the Rewards and Recognitions program compensation in a client.

The client wants an only Points program, and they want to redeem the points without any partner integration. Are there some way to redeem this points manually or is mandatory use an integration (Blackhawk, xoxoday...?

Hey luis_felipe, Points program is a great motivator to appreciate your workforce, but a native integration partner can give meaning to those points and turn the points in experiences. Not only that, this integration will take away the pain of managing different system to run success employee engagement programs.

Hi Luis,

I also has this request from a recent client as the currently platform offer is pretty restrictive especially if the company activates at global scale. Unfortunately, without adding the partner configuration to recognition (meaning adding the link from the partner), the Point-Based program will not become available as a program type in the list.

If that solution isn't possible, we are gonna trying to do this deleting the entire rewards. Using that gross way, we could discount the points, though we delete the history for the receiver.
