I am working on a Rewards and Recognition Points Based Program and I am looking to limit the nominator pool. Currently, we are working with 4 lines of business and want to limit the nominator eligibility to people with Direct Reports AND with a certain job level and higher. BUT want to still be able to nominate across the entire Program eligibility pool (not only direct reports) Any ideas? I appreciate your help!
To limit the nominator pool I would create an RBP Group with your level criteria (example: RBP group restricted to the appropriate job levels) and then assign that to "Managers in RBP group"
Then since you want them to be able to nominate outside their hierarchy you'll have to set your target appropriately but remember that you'll control who can receive an award for that program using the eligibility rule within your RNR program.
