Hi experts,
I wonder to know, how you handle organizational structure changes, for example, you have a manager who is now a budget owner in rewards and recognition, but then, he has a manager to whom he reports, and this new manager now is the budget owner in rewards and recognition. Although we change the business rule so that this new manager is the owner of the budget, and the points should come out of his bag, that doesn't happen, and they continue to come out from the old budget owner. I think that, these are frequent scenarios in companies and should be contemplated in the tool. I appreciate your help. thanks in advance.
