Reward & Recognition Limit Nominee Nomination

I am configuring Spot Awards and client requires that nominees should not be eligible for spot award nomination if they have been nominated/awarded twice in a month or fiscal year. Basically, nominator should not be able to nominate more than twice.

Is this possible to do? I did some research but didn't find how we can count the number of awards given to employees in the system.

Hi Pooja,

There is nothing in RNR that counts the awards to provide this functionality. If the award count was tracked in EC it may be possible to check this condition in the eligibility rule but I've not explored this myself and your requirement to check it within a data range would add complexity.

So this may be possible if you could figure out a solution in EC but it would need to be explored and tested.
