Is there any way to transfer employee's Spot reward balance to the current currency when employee gets transferred from once country to another country.. Or does this action happens automatically based on the current currency..?

Hi Mithun,
If we awarded an employee in USD on previous awards and their local currency is now EUR, the previously approved awards would be in USD and anything new will be in EUR. This is under the Award History.
If you are talking about the balance for redemption, changing currency in Employee Central should recalculate the overall balance to the new local currency.
