Hi All, When my comp admin tries to access Dynamic Groups dropdown under the Eligibility tab. in the Manage Sport Award Program they get this error: errorId=fce26f17-19f7-41bd-84ce-a42698197739, fingerprint=49f4bc046b5425b4caa9c91137dda51c1f71b65f, timestamp=2023-06-07T21:33:10.194+0000, errorMessage=An application error occurred. has anyone faced this before. Feel like it's an auth issue but cannot find the correct auth to enable to grant the access.

The answer is in the role: Permissions -> Manage Users -> (check) Manage Employee Dynamic Groups - This will give the user the ability to view/edit the dynamic group.

I can't decipher that error but I have had issues where I created a dynamic group under my user account and then someone else (the customer admin) was going in to modify it and they couldn't see it. Can you check if perhaps that is the case. If not, you'll need to compare a role where it is working (perhaps your admin role) to the role of the user to see what is different/missing.

I just found the answer to my issue a few minutes ago. The answer is in the role: Permissions -> Manage Users -> (check) Manage Employee Dynamic Groups - This will give the user the ability to view/edit the dynamic group. Thanks.
