Returning From Global Assignment without RTR

What will be the process when returning an employee from GA when no RTR was configured on their home position? Currently, the EE is Terminated in the Host assignment with End Of GA as the event reason. In the Home assignment, no record is written, the EE remains dormant without any Position details.

How should this scenario be addressed?

Dear fransv,

If you don't have the 'End global assignments automatically' set to yes and the RTR configured, al the actions are manually (the end of the global assignment and also the return of the employee in the home employment).

You can also set the RTR to not remove the employee from the position, so he/she remains active during the GA, and you just need to end the GA manually (this is an alternative, but now all companies allow the 'Home' to be active while in GA).
