I am getting below error: Retroactive accounting dat set by system, 01.04.2014, is before pers. EARLI

I have maintained the data as below and getting the above error. Please help

You Need to compare RA Date from Control Record and IT0003. and you have not mentioned the place where error is coming

Hi Devraj,

Change the earliest personnel RA date in IT0003 from 01.04.2022 to 01.04.2014 to resolve the error.

Please check your PA03 control record dates is everything correct?? and please let me know what is the employee joining date??

Yes data is correct in PA03.Also Payroll run completed for this employee once and in PA03 it's in correction mode. Could this be the reason I'm getting the error?
