Resume Parsing

Hi all,

I would like to know how to implement resume parsing.

I am already aware of the documents and scenarios where it is done in E-recruiting.. I also know the required IMG config. (i.e.SPRO)

Once we start speaking to a 3rd party vendor regarding the solution what should we focus on! I mean what do we need to exchange with them. I know that there is an XI/PI setup which is required.

Can anyone elaborate on the above. It would be really helpful if anyone who has done it before answers.

Thanks for the info. I already have the above document and have gone through it. The thread does not speak about solution for my case. All it says is 'how to add attachments'.

Please post further info if you come across anything.
