Restricting Employee Visibility in Reporting Matrix: Limit Access to Hierarchical Levels Above HOD

Hi Community,

The requirement is regarding visibility in the reporting matrix org chart. Employees should only be able to view positions up to two levels above their own within the reporting hierarchy, specifically not beyond the Head of Department (HOD).

• Employees should have visibility into their direct reporting lines and up to two levels higher in Org chart.
• Access to positions above the HOD will be restricted to ensure a clear and focused view within the reporting structure.
• For Example: If Rahul is an employee with Ayaskant as his reporting manager, and Ayaskant's reporting manager is Jayashree, Rahul will be able to view positions up to and including Jayashree in the organizational chart. He will not have access to view positions above Jayashree.
