We have a requirement regarding the MDF Quarter Allotment in Employee Central, specifically related to the Flat Number field, which is a picklist value.
Requirement:
- Once a flat number has been assigned to an employee, it should no longer be visible in the dropdown list for other employees.
- Only the non-allotted flat numbers should appear in the dropdown for any subsequent users.
Example Scenario:
- If Flat 103 is assigned to Ramesh, when another employee, Yogesh, goes to the Quarter Allotment Portlet and clicks on the Flat Number dropdown, Flat 103 should not be visible in the list.
- Yogesh should only see flat numbers that are not already assigned to any employee. so that assigned flat numbers are hidden from the dropdown once they have been allocated.
