You mean Learners? I don't think you can - as with Authors, there is no form of access security at the Group level. Assuming you want them to see ONLY that sub-group, you could give them a link to only that Group, but that wouldn't prevent them from seeing other content if they happened to have a link to it. You could probably achieve it by having a separate Workarea (based on the original Workarea, and exposing only the required information) and controlling access at the Workarea level, but you would still need to remove some access for these users from the original Workarea.
