Hi,
We have a requirement in Performance and goal Management.
"If a new employee is hired in the system he should only get access to the latest goal plan i.e. 2022 goal plan for the current year, and should not have access to the old years goal plans i.e. 2018,2019, 2020,2021 etc."
Background: We have an RBP role for All employees which gives them access to all the goal plans i.e. 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 etc. When a new employee gets hired in the system, he automatically gets access to this role, and therefore, access to all the goal plans. This is expected.
How to achieve this requirement without impacting the access of existing users.
Thank you.
Ayushi

Hello,
I think that you can create additional RBP role for these new employees and grant them access accordingly.
Kind regards,
Alina

Hello Ayushi
Unfortunately this is not possible. The goal plan will be visible to all the employees are a part of the role that grants access to the goal plans.
A workaround to this solution could be to restrict the employees from adding any goals from the goal plan screen. This can be done through the goal plan xml where you give the access to create goals only to the form reviewer "F" role instead of "E" and "EM" roles.
I hope this helps.
