Hi Experts!
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this. The purpose is to allow employees to have negative Vacation Balance. However, the negative threshold will be determined by the employee's pay grade. I created a time type for this and a Time Account Type in which configuration I set 'Balance cannot fall below' to -100 so that this option is available.
So I created the following rule to define the actual limit for negative balance by Pay Grade. I tested it with several employees and the rule is activated and working, but the calculations are not correct. How should the rule be constructed?

Can you please provide more information what exactly is not working?
You can also do a rule trace to check what exactly the rule is calculating and to identify the point where it's not working as expected.
