Hi all, hoping someone may have found a solution for the problem we're having.
With over 2000 stores globally and each one their own legal entity, the picklist the manager has to wade through is very unwieldy. Throw in the fact that stores are very similar or the same in some cases (i.e. same town name in two or more different countries), there is a risk that the manager will choose the wrong one.
Ideally, we would like to restrict the legal entities (companies) that a manager can choose from when adding a new recruit to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - at the very least by the country that the manager works in, or - even better - from the list of legal entities that the manager is linked to (primary and secondary work locations)
Is this possible, and if so, how do we go about doing this? I've searched for an answer but I can't find anything to support making this change.
Thanks
