Restrict concurrent employment from SuccessFactors replication

Hi All

We need the concurrent employment function in SF but upon replicating the employee to HCM system using program: ECPAO_EE_ORG_REPL_QUERY, we need only the primary employment and the secondary employment should not be replicated.

Currently, when replicating the employee (who has both primary and secondary employment created in SF) to HCM system, we are getting below error “Pernr XXXXXX can't be used as it is already assigned to a different Userid XXXXX”.

Could not get any BAdI to restrict the secondary employment. Appreciate your suggestions.
