restrict administrator to only create positions for his company

Hello experts,

Administrator should only create position for company "S2" (we've defined in the target population on the RBP), however, he can create positions for all companies

If you want to control the HR could only create position for S2 company, then the restriction should be configured on Position Object, but not Legal Entity object.

Please refer to the settings in below screenshot

Check if this could meet your requirement.

hello Ashley, that's what I've done but it doesn't work in position creation

The error should up saying You are lack of permission when click "Save" button during position creation.

I tested the same configuration in my salesdemo, and it did pop up.

If you are still experiencing the same after checking permissions, please raise a case to support team, we will help to check further.
