We are part of the Partneredge program, and develop integrations for our mutual customers.
One of our customers recently reported problems with our message integration, replies from their candidates weren't showing up in the Inbox.
So we got access to a demo instance of SuccessFactors HCM, in order to try and reproduce the issue.
We ran into a similar issue, were responses to emails initiated by the Message Center, dont show up their (keyword: Email Correspondence).
Overall we tried the following:
- Change the email from one of the existing candidates to "tobias.liebl@jobflow.de" (an email we have control over)
- Send a message to that user, via the candidates page
- The E-Mail is received successfully
- Reply to this E-Mail (i.e. correspondenceSFCPART002379@products57sales.successfactors.eu)
- The response doesns"t show up in the Message Center, even after waiting 20 minutes
We already checked all relevant permissions, but couldn"t find any issues.
