Resource Requisition Approval System

Hi All,

I have been searching for Resource Requisition approval system as i have similar kind of requirement.

My user want me to set up some approval system where in resource requisition will be raised by HR/Line Manager & it will go to Head of BU for approval & from there it will to to Financial department for Approval.

During this process if it gets Rejected at any stage, again the modification should happen & then it goes on.

Please let me know whether we have such system in SAP HCM (Any Specific EHP). If not do we have to do customization???

Also, is there a workflow that can trigger the emails & form in this process.

Hi Moosa,

In standard E-Recruitment, you can actually start a 'requisition request' for a position which starts a Workflow approval from manager and goes to his line manager . So only one level approval is available in standard. If you want more than two level, you have to modify the workflow to suit your needs. unfortunately there is no standard process available for this requirement.
