Reseller pre-requisites

Greetings!

We wish to implement a comprehensive health care solution, including HR for our client. Hence, we would like to know what are the pre-requisites for becoming a reseller for these products. The solution may include CPOE, PHR, HIE, HRMS, Success Factor, training, etc.
