Requisitions are automatically closed

Hi gurus

Our HR department are questioning the process, where requisitions automatically get closed, when a candidate's status is changed to "To be hired". They argue that this is wrong, since there may still be other candidates who have not yet been processed.

How could we change this? By modifying the workflow?

Furthermore, it will sometimes happen that a "to-be-hired" candidate will change his/her mind and recruiters will need to re-visit the requisition and check the other candidates for a replacement, but closed requisitions are hidden from most of our recruiters.

Hi Aage,

We don't change the status to "closed" automatically when the candidate's status is changed to "to be hired". I would check the workflow used here.
