Requisition Template restriction on requisition creation pop-up!

Hello RCM Experts,

We are working on one enhancement for our client & as part of the enhancement, client want to have a controlled visibility on the Templates that are getting displayed in the pop-up dropdown while initiating the job requisition:

Is there a way for us to control the templates shown in the dropdown based on certain conditions (few field values from position).

Currently ‘getJobReqTemp (getJobReqTemp)’ business rule is being used to default the template based on few positions parameters & the job req template field is read-only while creating the requisition.

Going forward as part of the new enhancement, we are adding 2 more templates to the list & there are no parameters at the position level to default these templates, hence it is required to make a manual selection of the req template.

We are looking for some options to control the template visibility in the dropdown (to ensure that only OFCCO covered templates are displayed for OFCCP Covered Position & Standard requisition templates will be displayed for the Standard positions).

Any suggestions on how we can achieve this would be a great help.
