Requisition status could not be changed from 'Released' to 'Close'

Hi,

When I try to Close the Requisition from Released status, I am getting " Requisition status could not be changed from 'Released' to 'Close' ". I have withdrawn all the publications and all the candidates are in Rejected status.

Kindly let me why I am not able to close the requisition.
