Hi Team,
We are implementing E-Rec system in a distrubuted scenario where in we have HCM in one box and E-REC in another.
Question i have is
1) Where does Manager creates Requsition? in HCM or E-Rec...
If in E-REC, How does Manager gets the vacant positions under his org unit while creating requisition?
2) I am unable to transfer data using message type HRMD_ABA (as infotype 3 doesnt exist in the ABA structure). IDOC throws error 52 (infotype 6 doesnt exist and cannot transfer). So, i used HRMD_ABA for Org related data and HRMD_A for PA related data.
In any case, BP or NA has not got created. I did verified the parameters in T77S0 and Business Partner is set active.
Please suggest.

Hi Sadhu,
Manager accesses HR system which call the function module on E-Rec side (RFC call).
E-Recruiting data has to be transported with HRMD_ABA but we don't need infotype 3. For HR integration I recommend to have a look at note 997181 because it describes what settings you need to have and how the processes are working.

I have this note and following as per that integration document. But this is not clear on few areas.
1) There are two sample implementations in BADI for Inbound and only one can be active. Do we need to create a Z implementation for that?
2) It says standard ALE takes care of the bring CP/BP from HR System where as BP does not exist in HR System. I beleive BADI INBOUND should create this BP objects in E-REC?
also, there are no clear instructions for Qualifications transfer. I think, this document is not updated for EhP6 and HR Renewal?!
Mainly, we are planning to implement HCM P&F using new WDA and SAP has not yet released any standard form for Requistion. We are not using Adobe Forms due to licensing. Please suggest if there are any documents available for this?

Hi Sadhu,
1) You mean for BAdI HRALE00INBOUND_IDOC? You just have one correct one - depending on your release. It is HRRCF00_INBD_NEWMOD for release 604 and above (so that is your case).
2) Yes, it is creating that.
The qualification processing is also explained there. Of course you have to set that up in your distributional model in HR. The HR integration has changed in EhP4 and all releases above are working the same way.
The question about WD forms available you should raise in the HCM forum.
