Requisition comment field

Hi All,

I have a question regarding the requisition comments field in the requisition.

The question is whether we can an option wherein the comment added by Approver 1 must be read only for approver 2. At the moment, if we have only 1 comment box which is editable by all approvers which could result in some approvers overwriting what the previous approver has added in the comment box.

Hi steffieann,

New custom fields can be created to store the approver's comments at different levels.

You could create fields like "Comments_Approver_1" and "Comments_Approver_2" . Adapt your workflow setup to facilitate the progression through distinct approval phases, ensuring that the pertinent comment fields are displayed and modifiable in accordance with the current stage.
