Requisition Assignment Dashboard

Hi,

I am facing issue for the requisition assignment dashboard. Resume coloumn is coming blank even if the candidate attach his/her CV. The MATCH coloumn is also coming blank even if the candidate fills all the requisition criteria details like qualification, education & work exp.

Kindly advise to resolve the same.

Dear Nicole,

I have checked the table & compare with golden clients the entries are matching V77RCF_MATCHFLD- for Match coloumn.

for rsume the table entries are like in this in our case:

ERC_CDCY Search Profile Type for Candidacy 3.0 1 Resume

Still the resume attachment is not displayig. But one obervation I found while I am changing the entries in the table-   V77RCF_ATTTYPE_U- for  Identify as resume as Resume from blank entries (In golden client this table is maintained as Blank) it is display in the assignment dashboard. for this another problem arise for CV upload in Application Wizard. The resume f4 help is not displaying as attachment type.

Can you suggest how to solve this error.

Do you have the resume entry also in V_7RCF_ATTTYPE_U?

Hi,

Yes there is one entry for object type -NA for resume entry.

0001 Resume 1 Resume.

Hi Snita,

Attachment type 1 is usually certificate/diploma.

In standard we ship the entry:

NA 0001   12 Candidate  Resume                    Resume

So you have to make sure that also the type is the resume type defined in T77RCF_ATTTYPE.
