Requisition Approved Mail

Once a Requisition went through the approval process and is finally approved the system sends an E-Mail to the Talent Acquisition Manager. There is a link in this mail. The link leads only to the Success Factors platform

Is it possible to change the direction of the link to be forwarded directly to the new requisition?
