Requested Class Availability Email Notification

Dear Team,

We are trying to trigger Requested Class Availability Email Notification APM. The following steps were followed, still the notification is not getting triggered.

1. Item was created and added to library

2. User requested the class

3. Class was created

4. APM was triggered.

But no notifications were triggered. Can anyone guide me on this issue

PS : We do not use locations while item creation as well as class. And the requested date criteria was also checked.

Hi,

Generally, APM Skips if the learner does not provide a region.

Kindly check that.
