Request for Birthday Wishes Functionality in SuccessFactors

I hope you're doing well.

Currently, in SuccessFactors, only managers are able to view the upcoming birthday notifications of their reportees on the homepage. The requirement is to enhance this functionality by allowing users to send birthday wishes to employees directly from the birthday notification tab by clicking on the appeared link.

Requirement:

• The Requirement is to add a feature that allows anyone (managers and possibly other users) to send birthday wishes to the employee on their special day, directly by clicking on the birthday notification link in the system.
• This would make the birthday notification more interactive and help facilitate a more personal and engaging experience for employees.
