Hi,
I have an issue with reporting on the manual overall rating field of a performance form. My form (shown in the attached image) has a calculated overall rating (1 in the image) a manual overall form rating (2) in the summary section, and then a manual overall performance rating (3) in the Performance/Potential summary. However, when I try to report on the forms, I can get the Calculated rating (1) and the overall performance rating (3) but not the overall form rating (2) and my customer needs this.
