We are looking for the fields in Table reporting related to the Competencies within our Performance Review form. SuccessFactors gives us a field for the overall score, but I do not see one fore each individual competency.
The item rating is "Competency Official Rating". "Competency Other Rating" will pull other users' unofficial rating. If self rating box is enabled, you can find employee self rating with "Competency Self Rating".
