We would like to build a user friendly report for Department heads on the background portlets (talent profile related) for all employees in their department. However as none of the portlets are linked we get duplicate rows of data where there is more than one entry in the portlet. I just wondered how other customers report on talent profile information (such as language, career aspirations, mobility, education).
