Reporting data not captured for simulations in SEN

Hi experts,

In learner's view, when I click on the main simulation file, the reporting data is not captured. If I consume simulations interms of individual assets like demo, pratice and concurrent, I can see the reporting data.

Am I missing any settings ?

That looks OK for this course. I'm assuming your Playback Settings are set to use Manager for tracking? You said you could see tracking at the mode level just not at the Simulation Project level - can you show a screenshot of that? And see what percentages it is showing for the modes / project when you hover over.

Oh god. Thank you so much Dirk. I have not switched on Manager tracking for Trainer-global in playback setting but have done for other modes like demo, practice and concurrent.Thats the reason its not showing tracking data when accessing simulation in a separate tab. Learnt a lesson today.

You'd need to complete all three modes separately (which would show them individually as complete) for the main simulation entry to show as complete. The main simulation entry should show 33% complete after you complete one mode, and so on.

Typically, in a course, you wouldn't want to require users complete all three modes. Consider hiding/deleting two of them, or if the simulation is used elsewhere (where you do need all the modes, set the Lesson Types setting in the Assignment to include only the mode you're interested in (probably Practice...).

Thanks for the reply Dirk. I also think hiding unwanted modes is a good option.

In Learner's view, when I click on the Timesheet Employee main file (refer above screenshot), I am getting below page in the next tab.

From here, when I access modes, the reporting data is not captured.

[I have also tested it by completing all modes but the green bar is not progressing].

Mani:

I'm not sure what you're doing, but it works OK for me:

Check your Assignment settings. For this course, mine are:
