Unfortunately it is not possible to do so by my knowledge. IAS is a bit more transparent about that (as you can see that type of info on individual level), but with this legacy password reset (that should commonly only be used for API users), there's no report, api or anything else in my knowledge. If there's something really off about it, the best chance is still with logging a ticket and getting that answer from SAP (but I doubt you'll get a satisfying one for this situation).
