I'm looking for a process or advice, to manage RBPs,
I inherited a SF instance, and RBPs are not being properly tracked or audited.
There's a basic report on all RBPs, but that's pretty much it.
I'm also having issues trying to understand which RBP controls which UI element.
A first baby step goals would be to understand what's on Employee on Self, and Employee on All roles, and start deciding which fields or permissions are needed.
Currently we have overlapping permissions all over the place.
I've been reading, and a Building Blocks Approach is recommended, just looking for tips on how to implement this on a chaotic environment with No RBPs logic so far.
Any guidance is welcome.

Hello, this document may help you check which RBP controls which part: https://help.sap.com/docs/successfactors-platform/using-role-based-permissions/list-of-role-based-pe... For audit purpose, there's a button for each permission role: View History, so you can see how is this role changed. Hope this helps.
