In what way? I mean if in ORD (also known as canvas reports) or Stories (also known as People Analytics embedded edition) you select the position table, you should already get that overview (as both can display all positions as well as all records for each position), hence that should automatically provide it. You could also go to import and export data and export position, so that you get the same overview pretty much.
If you really wish to see on 1 row what the current and previous record are for a position (although this may not be that achievable as you'd have to have another starting table than position and you'd then have to navigate to position and when selecting that table duplicate it to make sure you can get a date difference column up to determine the current (table 1) and prior (copied table) position.
