Can details be retained if the nominee is removed from being a successor to a position? We want to be able to keep any details that have been entered in on the employee so that we can keep a full history of roles that they have been nominated as a successor for.

I have one question about nomination history.
Here is the scenario.
Employee AAA was nomination for Position 111 in 2017.
Employee AAA Suceeded into Position 111 in 2018.
Later Employee AA moved to another position 222
Now position 111 in 2023 is deleted.
Hence Employee AAA succeeded in Position 111 in 2018 is not showing in the nomination history of the employee's people profile.
Do we have a way to still show this in the nomination history of the employee's people profile?

If you want a report that show the nominess for a position, you can run an ADHOC report Succession History (MDF Position Based Nominations). To run the report Go to Admin Center > Search for Adhoc Report > Hit New > Hit Report Table > Single Domain > On the What data would you like to start with select Succession History (MDF Position based nominations.
