I think OP means "how many people are currently logged on". And no, that information is not available (at least for cloud - I don't know about on-prem where the client has direct access to the server back-end).

Yes. Its possible to find how many users are registered in your SEN system. Additionally, it provides a lot of user statistics.
In the Manager, go to Reporting -> Server Statistics.
