In Manager you can search for content, but that's about it. Depending on what you are trying to get this list for (just admin/reporting, or for user access?) you might find it more helpful to use Producer, where you can set up filters, and also export the (filtered) Workarea details to Excel if you need to (Tools > Workarea Structure > Export Structure) - or if you just need a list of simulations, export the whole thing to Excel then filter on object type in Excel.
