Report Distribution - Recipients Not Found

Hi Community

As HR Ops, keen to schedule audit reports and distribute. Switched to Legacy Report Distributor tool to do this.

However, when using the Wildcard Search, this is not returning any recipients, although the chosen one is a team colleague/SF User.

Can anyone help/advise?

Hi Polly, first make sure that they have reporting access. Also share the report with them and either proxy as the User or ask the User to go to reporting via admin center and open the report you shared with them once. You can then go back to the scheduling screen and search for their names again, thanks.
