Report audit goal

I need to create a audit report for goals at SuccessFactors, as it is in detail view goal at plan.

Client doesn't want to view one by one, but wants a report. I tried do create one using Audit Action / Audit trail, but for all records, it shows always the last data, and not the changes according to dates for modificiations.

See that field Indicador was changed only in 12/28.
