Hi everyone
we are currently replicating active employees only from EC to HCM. This is an issue whenever we have cases where the employee is terminated without prior notice. In that case the employee will be made inactive on the same day and thus be already inactive before replication.
Is there any workaround to solve this? I figure there are other companies who come across terminations without notice.
