Renaming the labels in tasks - SuccessFactors-Onboarding

Hello All,

For SuccessFactors Onboarding, as per business requirement I am looking option to rename the standard labels in tasks for Onboarding. 

Do you think is it possible or only option is to go for custom task ?

Hi @LA_01 ,

Yes, in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, it is possible to rename standard labels in tasks without necessarily having to create a custom task.

Options to Rename Standard Labels:

1. Manage Language Tool:

   • You can use this to change standard field labels, messages, and text across the system, including onboarding tasks.

   • Go to: Admin Center > Manage Language

   • Download the language pack (e.g., English US)

   • Search for the label key or actual text string used in the onboarding task

   • Modify the label and upload the language pack back
