Removing Live profile visibility of employees from Direct Manager

The direct managers are not able to see the VP-Individual view for their direct reports(as configured) but they are able to see the live profile, which we want to remove. Is it possible to achieve that? If yes, then can anyone please help with the process to do that?

If I remember correctly this screen appears in the following scenario :

• you have permissioned the Individual View in your Variable Pay template (Plan Setup > Settings > Calculation Settings > Live Profile Visibility to be "Display Live Profile View after form creation (shows manager input fields)" instead of "Hide Live Profile"

BUT

• you have not granted Individual view permission to the manager in RBP under Employee Data.

unfortunately I think the few times I ran into this issue I did not find any "clean" workaround and ended up advising to keep both in Sync : if you do not grant RBP permission to Individual view, then also keep the setting in Plan Setup on "Hide Live Profile".

Hi, could you please share a screenshot of what you would like them not to see ? I just want to make sure we are aligned on the requirement ("live profile" can be used for different meanings). Thanks
