Removing dropdown arrows on job information fields

How do I remove dropdown arrows on job information fields that propagate from position fields.capturepngbcx.png

I have created the business rule with the fields visibility onView, but not sure which event type should I use for the rule to work under jobInfo HRIS Element in business configuration.

Any advice is welcomed in overcoming this.

the only way is to make the fields view, not editable, in the configuration.
